We are working on a fix, but you must restart your packet in eEFMP 2.0 to move forward. We apologize for the frustration. Next step: Please schedule an appointment with your dependent's primary care manager to restart the process. If your packet was complete in 1.0: It should be in 2.0. Please log in and verify it is there.
