Intensive Out-Patient (Trauma Resolution)
The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is integrated with the behavioral health services line to provide intermediate level of care. This program meets the clinical needs of patients who need more care than can be provided in a routine outpatient clinic, but who do not require inpatient treatment. The IOP builds psychological health, healing and resiliency for service members.
The IOP offers a multi-day/multi-week structured program of both individual and group therapy services. Patients enrolled in IOP are considered outpatients since they do not occupy an inpatient bed in the facility.
Winn Army Community Hospital Behavioral Health at Fort Stewart offers the Trauma-Resolution IOP, located in Liberty Wing, 2nd Floor.
