Audiology Clinic

Fort Stewart’s Audiology Clinic is located on the first floor of Winn Army Community Hospital.
 
Our clinic offers comprehensive hearing exams, hearing aid consultations, and the Retiree-At-Cost Hearing Aid Program. Primary mission of the clinic is to provide comprehensive hearing healthcare services to our Active-Duty Service Members and their dependents.

Referral Guidelines

  • To make an appointment, all patients must first obtain a completed consult from their referring primary care manager or outside provider, please allow for 3-5 business days for processing, then call 571-802-0367 to complete the appointment booking process. 
  • For same day or 72-hour consultations, Provider-to-Provider contact is required.

Consultations

All patients must obtain a completed consult from their referring Primary Care Manager (PCM) or outside provider.
Consults should include:
  • Specific concerns
  • Date of referral
  • Patient information
  • Referring PCM or outside provider's name

  • Known History of Hearing Loss
  • Risks Factors for Sudden Hearing Loss
  • Hearing aid Consultation
  • Dizziness
  • Tinnitus
  • Pediatric Audiologic Evaluation
  • Our RACHAP program provides retirees and their beneficiaries an opportunity to purchase hearing aids at a significant savings. Retirees and their beneficiaries pay government price for hearing aids they wish to purchase. Please note we only accept patients within a hundred-mile radius surrounding the Ft. Stewart, Georgia area with priority to those who utilize the MTF for other service. Offering of the RACAP is subject to change based on clinic demands.

Walk-In Hearing Aid Services

  • Hearing aid(s) can be dropped off for minor repairs Monday -Thursday between 0800 -1100 and 1300 -1530.
  • Adjustments to programming require an appointment. The Audiology technician can be reached at 571-802-0367.
  • Batteries and any necessary supplies for continued care and maintenance of the hearing aids are provided at no cost.  Please stop by the clinic during business hours. You DO Not need an appointment to pick up hearing aid supplies. 

Army Hearing Conservation

Hearing Conservation Appointments and Walk-in hearing screenings for soldiers are done at the Soldier Service Building: Building 253; 55 Pony Soldier Avenue; Suite 1031.
