Sick Call Update: 24-hour slots are available for Soldiers at Hawks TMC, Marne Medic TMC, and Tuttle's active duty clinic.

Services Provided:

  • Comprehensive eye exams
  • Exams for military physicals are performed on a walk-in basis during appointed times
  • Military issue optical (active duty and retiree only)
  • Diabetic dilated eye exams
  • Acute care
    • New Patients: Referred by Primary Care Manager to appropriate optometry clinic (same day access available)
    • Established Patients: Contact appointment line to be directed to the appropriate clinic for triage
  • Limited contact lens services (current wearers with lenses)
Eligible patients can schedule a routine exam or follow-up by calling the appointment line at 571-802-0394. Soldier Readiness Unit (SRU) appointments must be booked by the nurse case manager (NCM).
